3 tablespoons tamarind juice 1 tbsp soy sauce
250 cc brown sugar water
salt

How to Make:

* Cut out the two, set aside.
* Boil water and all ingredients, except rough ground spice sauce.
* After taste quite sweet and acid enough, enter the chili and onion.
* Cool, pour over fried tofu.
